摘要: The efficiency of communication between junior hospital doctors and 77 general surgical patients was assessed by using standardized questionnaires before after the doctor/patient interview on both patient house doctor. Patients were better informed about their illness than surgery, wrongly estimated patients' knowledge in 41% cases. Self-reported preoperative anxiety low 58% In 52% cases considered to be most important source information, but had little comprehension seniority other doctors. Although 60% satisfied with communication, majority complained lack information concerning convalescence, postoperative pain routine ward procedures.
