摘要: A read-only recording medium for achieving a carrier-to-noise ratio (CNR) using super-resolution near-field structure (Super-RENS) on which information has been prerecorded includes substrate having the recorded its surface, reflective layer formed from phase change material substrate, first dielectric layer, and mask metal oxide or nanoparticles layer.
