摘要: Abstract Trichothecene mycotoxins are common contaminants of cereal grains and animal feed worldwide. The toxins toxic to both human animals. objectives this study were determine the occurrence trichothecenes in Croatia. Total 465 samples collected during seven-year period (1998–2004) from manufactures small holders farm storage facilities. analyzed by thin layer chromatography, which proved be fast, reliable inexpensive method. T-2 toxin, diacetoxyscirpenol deoxynivalenol detected 16.8%, 27.6% 41.2%, respectively. amount ranged between 0.05 3.4 mg/kg. majority was poultry feed. Only number it contained toxin levels greater than Croatian regulatory for Positive correlation with evidenced clinical symptoms toxicosis poultry. Since frequently isolated Croatia, they could have significant economic safety implications production.
