摘要: ABSTRACTPurpose: In acute pyelonephritis renal scarring may be decreased by immediate antibiotic therapy. Unfortunately in children there is often a delay starting treatment, which increases the likelihood of scarring. rodents therapy effective for preventing scar formation resulting from experimentally induced pyelonephritis. However, same treatment beginning 72 hours after infection does not prevent this paradigm. We examined whether delayed administration nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agent ibuprofen only or combined with antibiotics suppresses model ascending rats.Materials and Methods: An inoculum 5 × 109 organisms per ml.
