摘要: The pullulans grafted with poly(ethylene glycol) different degrees of substitution (DS: 0.02–0.2) are synthesized by reaction pullulan and terminated carboxylic acid. structure the resulting modified is characterized 1H-NMR FTIR spectra. DS products increase amount added. appearances change considerably solubility in organic solvent enhanced visibly. It was found that derivative biodegradable. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
