摘要: Hydrophobic polysaccharide derivatives bearing palmitoyl or cholesterol moieties form self aggregates in an aqueous solution. The critical concentrations to give the polymer depended on degree of substitution hydrophobic moiety. Cholesterol-bearing pullulan showed a stronger binding for guest molecules and higher colloidal stability compared with corresponding palmitoyl-bearing one.
