摘要: Abstract ABS- g -MAH (maleic anhydride) with different grafting degree, ABS/OMT (organo montmorillonite) and -MAH/OMT nanocomposites were prepared via melt blending. The reaction, phase morphology, clay dispersion, thermal properties, dynamic mechanical properties flammability investigated. FTIR spectra results indicate that maleic anhydride was successfully grafted onto butadiene chains of the ABS backbone in molten state using dicumyl peroxide as initiator styrene comonomer relative degree increased increasing loading MAH. TEM images show size dispersed rubber domains dispersion is more uniform than neat resin. XRD intercalated/exfoliated structure formed intercalated into layers distributed both SAN phase. TGA reveal has better barrier stability ones nanocomposites.
