摘要: The crushing effect of waste phone's circuit boards by mechanical-physical method under different pretreatment processes (without pretreatment, disassembling electrical components, heating treatment) was investigated. composition, mass distribution, feature, liberation degree crushed products were analyzed. results show that the process has obvious influence on distribution and almost no effect. is easiest for after difficult disassembling. Considering impact environment investment, can be directly without treatment. composed Cu (~16%), Sn (∼4%), Fe (∼3%), Ni (∼2%), Pb Zn (∼1%), Ag (0.05%), Au (0.03%), Pd (0.01%), other metals (Bi, Sb, Ti, etc. <0.01%) (2,3). So it necessary to properly treat boards, especially recycle valuable materials. A lot works are being undertaken investigate every step recycling. In general, consist a heterogeneous mix organic materials, metals, glass fibers, recycling methods mainly include physical, chemical, or biological combination these approaches (4). most processes, would pulverized as first processes. Disassembling, milling, mechanical separation pyrolysis typical Understanding assist optimization processing line. this paper, treatment main purpose study evaluate effectiveness determine proper process.
