摘要: ~Received 12 January 2001; revised manuscript received 10 May published 21 September 2001! Weak localization corrections to conductivity of ferromagnetic systems are studied theoretically in the case when spin-orbit interaction plays a significant role. Two cases analyzed detail: ~i! is due scattering from impurities and ~ii! results reduced dimensionality system Bychkov-Rashba type. Results analysis show that metals lead negative magnetoresistance—also presence scattering. Positive magnetoresistance weak antilocalization, typical nonmagnetic systems, does not occur systems. In two-dimensional ferromagnets, quantum depend on magnetization orientation with respect plane system.
