摘要: Abstract The effects of cooling rate following the 400 °C pre-irradiation anneal on structure TL glow-curve LiF:Mg,Ti and optical conversion peak 5a→4 beta irradiation are investigated in both “slow-cooled” “naturally-cooled” samples. Computerised glow curve deconvolution is employed with constrained “peak-shape” parameters deduced from anciliary studies using 4 eV 5 eV excitation. It demonstrated that “slow-cooling” linear rates 100 °C/h 30 °C/h increases intensity 5a decreases peaks 4 5 relative to normal/rapid rates. Serendipitously, efficiency at a found be ∼ unity indicative an approximate one-to-one correspondence between configurations.
