摘要: Thoracoscopic lobectomy is feasible and can be performed correctly in terms of anatomy. Its application bronchial carcinoma often criticized, partly because incomplete mediastinal lymph node dissection (MLD). We therefore developed the technique studied completeness MLD an animal experiment. Ten pigs were anesthetized intubated with a double-lumen tube left lung was excluded from ventilation. Four trocars inserted. Using modified endo-Babcock clamp for traction we resected all ipsilateral tracheobronchial, pretracheal paratracheal paraesophageal nodes (LNs) as well aortopulmonary window. An average 19 +/- 5 LNs removed. Macroscopic control through thoracotomy did not show any residual at site operation. Complete resection region window thoracoscopically pigs. This may offer further perspectives thoracoscopic treatment carcinoma.
