Thoracoscopic mediastinal lymph node dissection: an experimental study in pigs.

摘要: Thoracoscopic lobectomy is feasible and can be performed correctly in terms of anatomy. Its application bronchial carcinoma often criticized, partly because incomplete mediastinal lymph node dissection (MLD).
