摘要: Pyrazolon derivatives were reported to have cytotoxicity some tumour cells. In the present study, we investigated effect of Lgf-YL-9 on and cell apoptosis in human epidermoid carcinoma drug-sensitive parental KB cells multidrug resistant (MDR) KBv200 exhibited potent not only but also cells, IC(50) 3.81 3.45 microg/mL respectively. Importantly, effectively inhibited growth xenografts nude mice. Lgf-YL-9-induced was confirmed by chromatin condensation, DNA fragmentation, Annexin-V propidium iodide (PI) double-staining assay poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) cleavage. Furthermore, Lgf-YL-9-mediated accompanied loss mitochondrial membrane potential (DeltaPsi(m)), release cytochrome c, activation caspases-3, -7, -9, intercalating DNA. Although associated with decrease DeltaPsi(m), reactive oxygen species (ROS) reduction interestingly observed both lines.
