摘要: We propose a new mathematical model studying control strategies of malaria transmission. The is combination human and transmission-blocking vaccines vector (larvacide). When the disease induced death rate large enough, we show existence backward bifurcation analytically if vaccination not used, numerically used. basic reproduction number decreasing function controls as well parameters, which means that any effort on these will reduce burden disease. Numerical simulation suggests vaccinations may help to eradicate investigate optimal using gain qualitative understanding how combinations should be used prevalence in endemic setting. Our results two integrated with has highest impact reducing infected humans mosquitoes.
