摘要: AbstractWe compared the efficacy of combination fusidic acid impregnated bone cement and systemic teicoplanin to alone in implant-related osteomyelitis model rats. Foreign bodies were implanted into medullary channels 30 rat tibias after intramedullary inoculation methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. Following proof induction rats on 21st day, a rod including 1/40 ratio was inserted channel study group. Teicoplanin administered i.m. at 20 mg/kg/day for 14 days both control groups.
