摘要: Abstract Poly- dl -lactide-poly(ethylene glycol) (PELA) block copolymer containing 10% of polyethylene glycol (PEG) was prepared by bulk ring opening polymerization lactide/PEG using stannous chloride as initiator. PELA microspheres human serum albumin (HSA) were elaborated solvent extraction method based on the formation double w/o/w emulsion. In vitro matrix degradation characteristics these performed in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 5.6, 7.4 and 9.6. The profiles characterized observing morphological change measuring loss mass, decrease polymer intrinsic viscosity, value media, reduction number-average molecular ( M n ) polydispersity w / ). We determined that rate media follows: 9.6>pH 5.6>pH during initial 4 weeks later incubation time 7.4>pH It suggested had a big effect HSA/PELA matrix.
