摘要: Background Thymidylate synthase (TS) is regarded as a parameter of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) chemosensitivity for colorectal carcinoma. Recent researchers indicate that the 5-FU carcinoma with low expression TS better than tumors high TS. But relation between and overall survival curatively resected cancer patients has been less studied.
