摘要: Introduction : Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder of the haematopoietic cell. Free radicals can be important causative agents number human diseases, including cancer and leukaemia. Thus, antioxidants, which control oxidative stress state, represent major line defense for regulating overall true state health. The relationship between non-enzymatic antioxidant status levels well-known markers that are measured as lipid peroxides reflects better health indices. aim this study was to evaluate plasma peroxidation products indices stress, disease progression early responses chemotherapeutic in chronic patients. Methods: included 128 CML patients 50 age- gender-matched healthy volunteers. Indices were evaluated using spectrophotometric method.
