摘要: Three hundred and thirty-nine Vietnam combat veterans with the diagnosis of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder were administered Related Experiences Questionnaire. The items on this questionnaire constructed to highlight four related conflicts postulated represent salient symptom clusters within PTSD: fear-anxiety, mistrust, survival guilt, guilt secondary aggression. Exploratory factor analysis followed by a confirmatory analytic procedure using maximum likelihood estimate demonstrated five-factor solution: vulnerability, dreams death/destruction, depression, rebelliousness. loadings variables correlations are discussed. Diagnostic features highlighted.
