摘要: Background: T peak–T end, QT peak/QT ratio and end/QT are markers able to test myocardial repolarization homogeneity, their increase has been related a higher risk of ventricular tachyarrhythmias. These parameters have not yet studied in left hypertrophy due training. Aim the research was behavior these variables athlete's heart during exercise. Methods: We examined 70 athletes, all males, divided into two groups according absence or presence mass index over 49 g/m2.7 control group composed 35 healthy, untrained males. All study participants underwent electrocardiogram at rest, transthoracic echocardiogram, ergometric test. Repolarization (QT, corrected QT, dispersion, peak/QT, end/QT) were calculated peak exercise recovery. Results: There no statistically significant difference among regarding studied, except for rest between athletes with group. The dissimilar three groups. Conclusions: Athlete's is associated any alteration neither nor physical activity recovery. Training-induced does affect relationship parameters/RR interval.
