摘要: In addition to well-known electrocardiographic measurements, as QT, QT dispersion, and apex new parameters such Tpeak-Tend, Tpeak-Tend Tpeak-Tend/QT ratio have been recently introduced indexes of increased arrhythmic risk. The aim the present study was test, in overweight obese subjects not affected by conditions comorbidity, aforementioned markers ventricular repolarization. We studied 60 athletic with normal body weight (21 females 39 males, BMI between 19 24, mean 22.0 ± 2.0 kg/m(2), aged 14-64 years, age 32 13.59) sedentary overweight/obese (34 26 obese, 22 females, 38 55, 30.7 5.7 kg/m(2), 14-64, 14.49). Each subject underwent anthropometric measurements a 12-lead electrocardiogram, from which following different were calculated: corrected dispersion calculated. repolarization resulted, respectively: 340.2 25.1, 373.8 25.9, 29 16.2, 23.5 14.6, 87.3 12.8, 26.5 16.8, 0.22 0.03 ms control 362.5 28.5, 397.4 35.4, 34.5 16.3, 90.5 15.2, 27 17.1, 0.04 ms subjects. Neither uncomplicated obesity nor associated statistically significant difference ratio; only that showed variations
