Spatial and temporal error concealment algorithms of shape information for MPEG-4 video

摘要: In this paper, new methods for error concealment of shape information are proposed compressed MPEG-4 bit-streams transmitted over prone channels. For spatial domain, the approach employs Bezier curve fitting to approximate and outline intra-video object plane (I-VOP). temporal scheme uses weighted side matching criterion reconstruct inter-video planes (P-/B-VOPs). The algorithms get better subjective objective qualities than previous works.
