摘要: Cryptosporidiosis is a common gastro-intestinal illness in animals and man worldwide. The disease devastating immune-suppressed individuals but self-limiting competent hosts. infectious stages of the organism (oocysts) are shed faeces affected individuals, survive adverse environmental conditions spread by direct contact or through contaminants (food, water). Due to robustness oocysts, their tenacity, tiny size, resistance disinfectants, parasite difficult eradicate from contaminated environments. To obtain sufficient control both treatment infected hosts inactivation oocysts necessary. Several drugs commonly used treat cryptosporidiosis very few none them completely effective terms clinical parasitological response. Only chemical agents able inactivate environment including water plants application has certain limitations. Therefore, remains global challenge veterinary human medicine. Extensive research been performed on suitable disinfectants. Thousands have tested vivo vitro. Some excitingly active vitro exhibit poor no response trials. Currently, single combined drug therapy proven be against this disease. This article will focus prevention perspectives for new drugs.
