摘要: Entrapment of soft tissues in the anterolateral gutter ankle can cause impingement. When symptomatic, patients complain chronic pain exacerbated with dorsiflexion. Symptoms instability and a history recurring sprains are common findings. Plain radiographs magnetic resonance imaging may assist clinicians identifying associated pathology. We present 2 cases impingement occurring setting equivocal examination In both cases, arthroscopy revealed likely congenital, intra-articular plica.
