摘要: 1H-MRS was performed on 12 women (age range 45–72) with ovarian cancer of FIGO stage 3 or above using a 3T MRI system an 8-channel cardiac receive coil. Respiratory-triggered PRESS-localized spectra (TE = 144 ms) were obtained separately from mass and metastatic disease. Peak areas quantified relative to unsuppressed water LCModel discarded if reported signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) < no metabolites standard deviation (SD) 30%. The cystic fraction each voxel estimated by thresholding T2-weighted images, this used both correct the metabolite concentrations calculate expected SNR choline measured water. Choline detected in 10/12 primary tumors 5/11 lesions (range 2.0–16.6 mM). Of 8/23 failures, 7 had predicted 2, confirming that failure detect could be explained technical problems. Glycine observed one benign lesion. can quantify masses cancer, but moderately high rate necessitates careful recording data quality parameters discriminate true false negatives.
