摘要: Abstract The construction of a highly sensitive microbore amino acid analyzer is described. It based on standard column chromatographic separation technique with fluorometric detection utilizing o -phthalaldehyde. This has several desirable features: low pressure, high sensitivity, and easy maintenance. Good precision at level 10 pmol obtained as little 0.2 μg protein been hydrolyzed for composition analysis. incorporates the use single-column method constant molarity buffers to shorten analysis time. fully automatic capable analyzing 130 samples within 7 days attention required only reloading 20 while instrument in operation. Amino determination peak area height discussed.
