摘要: A method for the quantitation of beta-hydroxyaspartic acid in proteins is described. After hydrolysis 6 M HCl, released quantitated on an automatic amino analyzer employing a pH 2.0 eluting buffer and postcolumn reaction with o-phthalaldehyde detection. The sensitivity about 0.01 nmol. Among vitamin K-dependent proteins, factor IX, X, protein C, Z each contain one residue whereas S contains two or three residues. Prothrombin lacks as do number non-vitamin also analyzed.
