摘要: Reduction in morbimortality rates for acute gastroenteritis (AGE) by Rotavirus A (RVA) has been observed after the introduction of vaccines, however agent continues to circulate. The present study described genomic characterization 11 dsRNA segments two RVA samples G1P[8] obtained pre- and post-vaccination periods one G12P[8] sample (post-vaccine), compared Rotarix™ vaccine. Analysis molecular sequencing showed that three belonged genogroup I. In addition, analysis VP7 gene revealed G1 (pre-vaccine), (post-vaccine) G12 were characterized as lineages II, I III, respectively. Regarding VP4 NSP4 it was all lineage whereas VP6 gene, post-vaccine IV I, Considering high nucleotide amino acid identity when vaccine lesser sample. relation antigenic epitope greater modifications 7-2 confirmed modeling. On other hand, VP4, some changes 8-1 8-3 epitopes samples. This data could be interpreted a low selective pressure exerted vaccination protection G12P[8]. Thus, continuous monitoring circulating remains important.
