摘要: Spinal cord injury is a severe clinical problem, and research searching activity molecular that can promote spinal repairing very prevalent. Mst3b repair of damaged peripheral nerves the optic nerve, but has been rarely reported in research. Through detecting its expression different periods injured cord, we found was significantly upregulated neurons. Increasing using adenovirus vivo vitro promoted axonal regeneration neurons, which led to behavioral electrophysiological improvement. Downregulation level had adverse effects. PC12 cells resulted an elevation P42/44(MAPK) LIMK/Cofilin activation. These results identified as powerful regulator for promoting recovery through signaling pathways.
