摘要: One hundred patients who received a competitive neuromuscular blocking agent during anaesthesia were randomly selected for evaluation of function immediately on their arrival in the recovery room. The anaesthetist was not aware that patient would be evaluated Neuromuscular assessed by train-of-four (TOF) ratio, and conscious co-operative series bedside tests function. Twenty-one had TOF ratio less than 0.70 seven 0.60. Bedside did reliably detect this defect transmission. It is concluded relatively large number have transmission room, suggested reflects inadequacy clinical methods used administration antagonism agents at institution.
