Thermal Expansion of Graphene Composites

摘要: Isolated graphene sheets were achieved by graphite intercalation and charge-induced exfoliation. The resultant oxide incorporated into polymer composites thermal expansion was investigated a thermo-mechanical analyzer. test results indicated that inclusion of resulted in low coefficients (CTEs), increasing fraction reduced CTEs more significantly. 5 wt % oxide-based composite shows 31.7% reduction below the glass transition temperature. Preliminary measurement conductivity also significantly improved matrix. Thermal 5% showed about 4-fold increment comparison to This finding will provide solid foundation for graphene-enabled management microelectronics.
