摘要: The human FLT3 cDNA was cloned from a pre-B cell line and characterized. deduced amino acid sequence shows that codes for receptor-type tyrosine kinase of 993 residues, presenting strong similarity with the corresponding mouse FLT3/FLK2 protein as well receptors colony-stimulating factor 1 (CSF1R/FMS) steel locus (SLFR/KIT). An analysis expression gene using amplification reverse transcribed mRNA by polymerase chain reaction is expressed in various lymphohematopoietic cells tissues, including series immature lines leukemias lymphocytic origin.
