摘要: PURPOSE: To analyze the effects of simvastatin (SVT) in locomotion, anxiety and memory rats, as a reflection administration minimum dose capable stimulating bone regeneration defects calvariae.METHODS: Surgical procedures were performed 15 female Wistar 2-month old, to insert grafting material regenerator (Bone-ceramic(r)) and/or SVT, followed by behavioural cognitive assessments 7th, 30th 60th days post surgery.RESULTS: The SVT locally applied with goal created rat calvariae does not interfere levels memories except for first week following surgery, when an anxiolytic effect was observed, result possible central action.CONCLUSION: Failure provoke any response within 30 60 surgical suggests that may constitute good choice without affecting long term neural functions.
