A new image analysis method for the quantification of neovascularization

摘要: In a foregoing paper, an attempt has been described to quantify the neovascularization in chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) by using method of automatic image analysis. this case 5 10 min were necessary measure neovascular response one CAM preparation (i.e. obtain value for degree angiogenesis). The accuracy reproducibility measurements was about +/- 20%. we describe new which only requires 55 seconds measurement specimen with 12%.
