摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the nonkiller cell (NK) leukocytes, which demonstrate NK-patterned binding. In a study described in chapter, panel of mouse and human tumor targets with different level sensitivity to NK activity was used. The levels on an individual were also varied by selecting resistant variants from sensitive YAC-1 lymphoma. These had decreased as lower % TBC nylon passed spleen cells, adherent peritoneal cells adult newborn thermocytes. fact that %TBC correlates weakly lysis but strongly competing ability these suggests target binding assay is adequate measurement selectivity system. finding illustrates interpretation frequency based upon misleading unless purified populations are findings occurs leukocytes devoid lytic shows separately controlled events. As there no evidence thymocytes have pre-NK patterned not restricted cells. It probable qualitative difference exist among lytically active inactive effector
