摘要: The combination of top-down and bottom-up platforms was utilized for the LC-MS proteomic characterization intracystic fluid adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma pediatric brain tumor disease. Proteins peptides achieved by high-resolution LC-ESI-LTQ-Orbitrap-MS analysis while low-resolution LC-ESI-IT-MS applied complete screening samples evaluation protein distribution within patients. Top-down analyses were to liquid/liquid extracted performed after trypsin digestion both untreated pretreated samples. two approaches complementary proteome fluid. involved in inflammation, mineralization processes lipid transport identified, agreement with calcium flecks, cholesterol granules bone residues characteristic this Apolipoprotein A-I, A-II, C-I J, hemoglobin fragments, ubiquitin, α-2-HS-glycoprotein or fetuin A, α-1-antichymotrypsin, vitamin D binding protein, α-1-acid glycoprotein characterized. These data could be relevant comprehension pathogenesis disease development cyst contribute individuation therapeutic targets reduction volume delaying and/or avoiding invasive surgical treatments.
