It usually asymptomatic and detected incidentally during surgery for other causes adults. can be congenital or acquired, however CBD web extremely Currently, despite its invasiveness complications, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) considered as a useful diagnostic therapeutic modality children with hepatobiliary pancreatic diseases Herein we report case of presenting acute pancreatitis choledocholithiasis 4-year-old girl which was diagnosed treated using balloon dilation under ERCP. After the web, pancreatobiliary channel observed. To best our knowledge, junctional abnormality ERCP child has not been reported to date.
