摘要: A method of retarding and ameliorating eye diseases injuries is disclosed. The comprises administering astaxanthin in a therapeutically-effective amount to prevent, retard or treat central nervous system injuries, such as age-related macular degeneration other degenerative diseases, photic injury, ischemic inflammatory diseases.
