摘要: Similarities between embryonic development and tumorigenesis are reflected in biological behavior gene expression. Although the signature during clinical phenotype of different cancers show certain correlation pattern, early embryo cancer remains largely unexplored. To compare expression profile cancer, our study analyzed chorionic villi samples at gestational ages (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 40 weeks) obtained from omnibus (GEO) datasets using test. Then development-related genes that gradually showed a positive (upregulated) (n = 394) or negative (downregulated) (n = 325) with time were used to construct protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks. Three subnetworks among upregulated 3 downregulated identified molecular complex detection (MCODE) plugin Cytoscape software. The most significant GO terms for villi-correlated immune, inflammatory response cell division. These clusters also dysregulated lung squamous carcinoma (SCC). Moreover prognostic value was then TCGA SCC data, which 4 associated prognosis. Our results demonstrate similarity development-associated could contain information patients.
