摘要: A permanent cell line C2M of mouse melanoma B16 was highly melanized in a modified Eagle's MEM supplemented with 10% calf serum, when the medium contained 1 mM galactose and 10 pyruvate instead 5.5 glucose. The activity key enzyme for melanogenesis, tyrosinase (EC 1.14.18.1), living cells cultured galactose-pyruvate consistently 27 times higher than that normal MEM. This high level maintained stationary phase, contrast to medium, which decreased sharply phase. It seems likely is suppressed by presence glucose rather stimulated galactose. This should be useful obtaining culture cell-free extracts.
