摘要: We observed intermittent modulation by scattered light from a single submicrometer particle moving in the flow channel using self-mixing microchip Yb:YAG laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) under lateral beam access. The Doppler-shift frequency chirping (i.e., velocity change) was identified accordance with passage through focus. Single counting, which obeys Poisson distribution, performed successfully over long period of time. experimental results have been reproduced numerical simulation. LDV signal increased 20 dB for 202-nm without collinear access axis aligned along direction.
