At time diagnosis eye, 8 (15%) had stage I lesion, 36 (70%) II III lesion. Other characteristic findings these included presence preretinal, intraretinal, subretinal hemorrhages 49 (94%) pigment epithelial detachments 41 (79%). Conclusions: In lesions, that develops is virtually always RAP. The annual accumulative higher than those other forms AMD. These new enhance our understanding clinical spectrum terms its natural course visual prognosis may possibly offer useful information establish future treatment options.
