摘要: The IκB kinase (IKK) complex is the signal integration hub for NF-κB activation. Composed of two serine-threonine kinases (IKKα and IKKβ) regulatory subunit NEMO (also known as IKKγ), IKK integrates signals from all activating stimuli to catalyze phosphorylation various proteins, well other substrates.
