摘要: The aim of this study was to improve osteoblast function by delivering two growth factors, PDGF-BB and BMP-2, incorporated onto heparinized titanium (Hep-Ti) substrate. To achieve co-delivery the surface anodized Ti immobilized with heparin, then factors were coated Hep-Ti surface. Incorporation evaluated SEM XPS. Incorporated BMP-2 released from substrate in a sustained manner. In vitro studies revealed that osteoblasts grown on PDGF-BB- BMP-2-immobilized increased ALP activity, calcium deposition, osteocalcin osteopontin levels as compared those alone- or alone-immobilized Hep-Ti. These results suggested using will be promising material for enhancement osteointegration. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
