摘要: The objective of this study was to evaluate the genotype and allelic frequencies CYP1A2 in Chinese patients with acute liver injury induced by Polygonum multiflorum. We examined clinical mechanism P. According diagnostic criteria for drug-induced (DILI), 43 cases multiflorum-induced admitted First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University were identified between January 2008 December 2012. An additional control subjects also chosen. Several alleles, including 1C, 1F, 2, 7, 9, 11 amplified from genomic DNA sequenced. used chi-square test determine whether allele polymorphisms are associated frequency 1C 46.5% DILI patients, which significantly different 27.9% observed healthy subjects. 1F 63.9% compared 57.0% controls; difference not significant. too low be detected. mutation differed that people, indicating is probably related metabolism multiflorum, followed injury.
