摘要: Background Recent studies strongly suggest that due to the limitations and risks of biopsy, as well improvement diagnostic accuracy biochemical markers, liver biopsy should no longer be considered mandatory in patients with chronic hepatitis C. In 2001, FibroTest ActiTest (FT-AT), a panel was found have high value for fibrosis (FT range 0.00–1.00) necroinflammatory histological activity (AT 0.00–1.00). The aim summarize these tests from scientific literature; respond frequently asked questions by performing original new analyses (including values, comparison other impact genotype viral load, intermediate levels injury); develop system conversion between estimates injury.
