摘要: Preincubation in vitro of intrinsic-factor-(IF-)bound vitamin B12 with populations Escherichia coli and Bacteroides fragilis reduced intestinal uptake absorption the from mixture rats, as compared to application not exposed living bacteria. Strains Streptococcus faecalis Bifidobacterium were without such effects. In IF-bound by E. B. was high, while Str. fœcalis minimal. The results suggest that bacteria may contribute malabsorption blind-loop syndrome.
