摘要: Background Metastasis to para-aortic lymph nodes often occurs in pancreatic head cancer, but factors that predict it are not well known. Methods Using histopathologic data of 178 patients who underwent extended node dissection for we analyzed the distribution metastases groups classified detail and attempted identify have a strong relation with metastasis nodes. Results A high incidence was found (No. 16, 19%) as regional nodes, such those on posterior aspect pancreas 13, 47%), anterior surface 17, 29%), along superior mesenteric artery 14, 28%), hepatoduodenal ligament 12, 19%).
