摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the genetic background methicillin-susceptible (MSSA) and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) obtained from clinical specimens inpatients outpatients. Methicillin resistance confirmed by presence mecA gene PCR. characterisation performed using spa typing algorithm based upon repeat pattern (BURP). isolated 68 79 inpatient outpatient samples, 31 (46 %) 14 (18 which were MRSA, respectively. Among 37 65 outpatients with MSSA, 22 38 types clustered into seven eight spa-CCs, main MSSA spa-CC spa-CC015 (multilocus sequence (MLST) CC45). Most MRSA associated spa-CC355/595 (MLST CC152). MRSA-related found in 32 % 43 suggesting that did not arise predominant clones.
