摘要: DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) is the blueprint of life as it encodes all genetic information. In disorder such gene fusion, copy number variation (CNV) and single nucleotide polymorphism, sequencing used gold standard for successful diagnosis. Researchers have been conducting rigorous studies to achieve genome sequence at low cost while maintaining high accuracy throughput, sequencer devices developed which led evolvement this technology. These are categorized into first, second, third generations. One endeavor nanopore sequencing. This specific method considered desirable due its ability required standards cost, accuracy, long read length, throughput. On other hand, non-nanopore techniques require extensive preparation well complex algorithms, restricted by small lengths. review, concepts, history, advances, challenges, applications, potentials discussed including materials production translocation speed control. Additionally, in light importance material configuration fabrication, graphene a common effective will be context fabrication techniques. Finally, review shed on some nanopore-related investigations area molecular biology.
