摘要: Cryopreservation of gametes and embryos is widely used for mammalian genome resource banking. Effects insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) on the in vitro development cleavage stage CD1 mouse after their cryopreservation were studied. The developed vivo up to 4–6-cell frozen a programmable freezer according standard protocol with 10% propylene glycol as cryoprotectant thereafter thawed cultured KSOM 48 h. percentage blastocyst culture medium supplemented IGF-1 (40 ng/mL) was higher compared controls (78.9 47.4%, respectively, p < 0.01). Moreover, blastocysts presence contained more cells (79.8 ± 3.9 58.6 3.6 cells, 0.001). However, index nuclear fragmentation did not differ between these groups. Experimental results presented here revealed stimulating effects preimplantation cryopreservation.
